Today, supply chain resiliency is on the lips of most supply chain leaders. The reason is obvious. With today’s pandemic, demand and supply variability is high, and the only new normal is disruption after disruption. In this new world, traditional planning processes are not adequate.

They are inside-out focused on single-threading planning by function. The question is how to improve supply chain resiliency through outside-in planning from market-to-market to drive bi-directional orchestration simultaneously across source, make and deliver? The start is unlearning through specialized training. In February 2022, Supply Chain Insights and o9 as part of the Zebra Test and Learn initiative with ASCM will sponsor three global virtual cohorts. Each will be limited to 25 attendees in the manufacturing industries. The training is complimentary and is part of the larger effort to share the work from the first year of Project Zebra.
